Terms of sale

Books are in octavo, complete and in good condition, unless otherwise stated. All items are offered subject to prior sale. Prices are in € (Euro). The cost of shipment and insurance (if applicable) is additional. Postal rates are on request. Libraries within the EC are requested to supply their VAT ID-number when ordering, in which case we can invoice them at zero-rate.

We accept payment by PAYPAL, Bank tranfer, and US $ cheques. If you choose for PAYPAL, you can easily use your Credit Card to pay with, without opening an account with PAYPAL yourself. PAYPAL is now considered as the safest payment method on the Internet. For cheque charges please add € 18,00. Only after our confirmation of availability and total costs, it is possible to remit the amount due to our bank account IBAN: NL98INGB0001157406 BIC: INGBNL2A.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment will be taken before the books are dispatched. The property right of the supplied goods remains with us up to full payment. All orders will normally be dealt with within 48 hours of receipt. All books will be shipped the posting day following receipt of payment. Customers will always be informed when their purchases are to be shipped.

Should customers not be happy with the items, the books can be returned within seven days after receiving them. Prior notification by e-mail will be appreciated. We will provide a full refund. Returned books must arrive in the same condition as in which they were sent. Return shipments are at the sender’s risk.
